someday you will find someone who knows every inch of you like the spine of their favourite book. someone who knows that you want white lilies and babies breath flowers for your wedding, even when you say you don't believe in love. someone who knows that you keep a list of baby names, and sees the way your eyes glisten every time you see a child smile at you, even though you claim you do not want to bring children into this world for the fear of how you might make the same mistakes your parents did. someone who knows to hold you when you are silent, and to hug you tighter than ever when you loose your breath. someone who picks out all the green and white gummy bears for you. someone to make you a playlist of all your favourite music to play in the car. someone who walks on the outside of the pavement for you. someone who knows your favourite food and orders yours before their own. someone who will someday surprise you with a hotel room decorated with flowers and champagne, candles and balloons. you will experience this kind of love. i promise you. so please, don't give up on it just yet. it's out there.
