i know it hurts my love. i know how it hurts deep inside having never even received an apology. so i will apologise for them. i'm sorry. i'm so sorry that they preyed on your vulnerabilities and took you for granted. i'm sorry that they used you for their own satisfaction then tossed you aside without a second thought. i'm sorry that they planned a future with you that they never intended to give you. i'm sorry that you couldn't express how you felt without it starting an argument. i'm sorry that you felt you had to keep quiet in order to keep the peace. i'm sorry they never respected your boundaries. i'm sorry you lowered your standards for them. i'm sorry they tainted your concept of love. i'm sorry they caused you to put up walls around you. i'm sorry they made you believe it was your fault. i'm sorry they made you feel like less than you are. i'm sorry they never called. i'm sorry they refused to apologise. i'm sorry you felt you even had to ask for one. so if they won't say it, i will. i'm so sorry for everything they put you through. you never deserved any of it. but hopefully now you can move on, and start to heal.
