multiverse.

perhaps somewhere in the multiverse, there's another version of us, one that made it. perhaps if not in this lifetime, then in another, we somehow found a way over the rocks and through the woods, past the dark tunnels and climbed every mountain we faced. perhaps somewhere out there, we were stronger. although we will never know, i like to believe it this way. it makes me feel better at the idea that we still stand a chance. so though unlikely, perhaps, just maybe, somewhere out there, in the multiverse, there's another version of us, one that made it.
